Have you given a PG to an invoice finance lender?

Many company Directors seek cash for their invoices. This can be via Factoring or Invoice Discounting. In almost all cases the lender will take security over the book debts, and then also ask for a PG from the Directors. It may be limited to a set sum, or it may be unlimited.

No one likes giving a PG, but often it is a condition of the advancement of money that they PG is given aas well.

We can insure your liability in respect of that PG, for existing borrrowings and for any new facility you may be after.
